As many as 30 officers belonging to Indian Police Service (IPS) have been transferred and posted at different places in Jammu and Kashmir. The transferr officers are:

- J P Singh as IGP, Home guards with additional charge of ADGP, Home guards
- Vijay Kumar as DIG, Traffic, Kashmir
- Alok Kumar as DIG, SKR, Anantnag
- Nisar Amad as DIG, Traffic, Jammu
- Uttam Chand as SP, Jammu
- Imtiaz Ismail Parray as SP, Ganderabal
- Ashok Kumar as SSP, PCR, Jammu
