Mrs. Ministi S has recieved this award for her outsatnding work in the field of administration and Mrs. Sutapa Sanyal has got this award for her spl contribution in fighting against discrimination based on sex. Mrs. Aparna Kumar has recieved this award for outstanding contribution in the field of mountaineering.. UP CM Mr. Akhilesh Yadav presented this award.
