A total number of 24 State Administrative Services officers have been elevated to IAS rank in Madhya Pradesh. The list of the names has also been sent to the UPSC.
In accordance with the rules, 3 candidates are proposed for each vacancy which resulted in the submission of 24 names for the 8 available IAS positions.
Now as the next step into the process, the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting at UPSC is expected before the month of February to finalize the selections.
