- Raghuveer Singh Meena, Ved Prakash and Purushottam Biyani of Rajasthan.
- M Chandrasekaran and Dr M Rajendran of Tamil Nadu.
- Pravin Srivastava and Saumitra Bandopadhayay of Tripura.
- Anuj Kumar Bishnoi, Surya Prakash Mishra.
