- Navin kumar Choudhary has been appointed as Principal Secretary to Chief Minister with additional charge of Finance.
- Hirdesh Kumar as Commissioner, Housing & Uban Development.
- Ms Sarita Chauhan as Commissioner, Social Welfare.
- Ms Vineeta Gupta as Commissioner, Commercial Taxes.
- Sanjeev Verma as Secretary, PHE and Irrigation & Food Control.
- Saurabh Bhagat as Secretary, Tribal Affairs.
- Hemant Kumar Sharma as Secretary, Higher Education.
- Hilal Ahmad Parray as Managing Director, Jammu & Kashmir Housing Board.
- Ms Dilshad Khan as Secretry, Culture.
- Shafiq Ahmed Raina as Secretary, Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution.
- Sajjad Ahmad Khan as Commissioner of Inquiries.
- Ms. Tasneem Maajid as Commissioner for persons with Disablities.
- Farooq Ahmad Shah will hold additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Tourism.
- Ms Sushma Chauhan as Additoinal Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
- Syed Abid Rasheed Shah as Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag.
- Ravinder Kumar as Deputy Commissioner, Reasi.
- Mohammad Aijaz was posted as Deputy Commissioner, Ramban.
