As many as 16 officers have been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Govt of India. The officers are:
1. The 1990 batch IAS officer of HP cadre, Shyam Bhagat Negi has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal.
2. The 1992 batch IRS, C&CE officer, Anitabh Kumar has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Dept of Commerce.
3. The 2002 batch IAS officer of AM cadre, M. Angamuthu has been appointed as Chairman, APEDA under the Dept of Commerce.
4. The 1999 batch IAS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre, Ashish Chaterjee has been appointed as Senior Directing Staff, SDS(Civil) in National Defence College in the Dept of Defence.
5. The 1994 batch IFoS officer of Manipur cadre, Anurag Bajpai has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Dept of Defence Production.
6. The 1994 batch IAS officer of AM cadre, Sanjay Lohiya has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Mines.
7. The 1997 batch IRTS officer, Sudhendhu Jyoti Sinha has been appointed as Adviser, NITI Aayog.
8. The 1995 batch IRPS officer, Ms. Rekha Yadav has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Panchayati Raj.
9. The 1996 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, Rahul Singh has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Dept of personnel & training.
10. The 1996 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, Rahul Singh has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Dept of Personnel & Training.
11. The 1993 batch IP&TAFS officer, Mahmood Ahmed has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
12. The 1995 batch IRS(IT) officer, Ms. Kesang Yangzom Sherpa has been appointed as Member Secretary in NCTE.
13. The 1995 batch IRPS officer, Chetan Prakash Jain has been appointed as Joint Secretary & Financial Adviser in Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) under the Dept of Scientific & Industrial Research.
14. The 1995 batch IAS officer of Karnataka cadre, Joint Secretary & Financial Adviser, Dept of Space in Bengaluru.
15. Ms. J. Gayanti, CSS officer has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Dept of Space in Bengaluru.
16. The 1986 batch ITS officer, Ms. Aditi Das Rout has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Women & Child Development.
