- Md. Javed Akhtar (IPS, UP:86), IG in CRPF.
- Dr. B. Sandhya(IPS, KL:88), IG in BPR&D.
- P. S. Phalnikar(IPS, MP:89), IG in NSG.
- Subhash Chandra(IPS, UP:90), IG in CRPF.
- Rajesh KUmar Mishra(IPS, CH:90), IG in BSF.
- H. K. Lohia(IPS, JK:92), IG in BSF.
- Varun Kapoor(IPS, MP:91), IG in BSF.
- Rajesh Nirwan (IPS, RJ:92), IG in BSF.
- G. H. P. Raju (IPS, AM:93), IG in CRPF.
- M. S. Bhatia(IPS, JH:93), IG in CRPF.
