As many as 11 officers belonging to Indian Administrative Service (IAS) have been transferred by Gujarat givernment. Accordingly,
S. Aparna, Principal Secretary in state Finance Department, transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the CM. She replaced G. C. Murmu , who has been given central deputation and appointed as the Joint Secretary to Government of India in Department of Expenditure. Aparna is replaced by Commissioner of Geology and Mining T. Nararajan, who is now appointed as the Secretary in Finance Department.
Sonal Mishra, Secretary in Tourism Devasthan Management and Pilgrimage has been transferred as MD of Gujarat Industrial Power Company Limited, Vadodara relieving L. Chuaungo of the additional charge of that post.
N Shrivastav, CEO, Gujarat Medicinal Plants Board, Gandhinagar has been transferred as MD, Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd and Ex-officio Commissioner of Tourism, Gandhinagar.
Sanjay Kaul, MD of Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited(TCGL) who also holds additional charge of the post of MD, Gujarat Informatics Limited has been transferred as full-fledged MD of Gujarat Informatics Limited.
Arvind Agrawal, Additional Chief Secretary(ACS), Primary and Secondary Education has been made ACS, Industries and Mines Department replacing Atanu Chakraborty. Arvind Agrawal will hold additional charge of ACS, Tourism, Devasthan Management, Pilgrimage and Civil Aviation.
Atanu Chakraborty, Principal Secretary(PS) Industries and Mines who also holds the additional charge of Managing Director(MD), Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd(GSPC) is transferred to GSPC as full-fledged MD.On his repatriation to the state cadre, Sujit Gulati has been appointed as PS, Primary and Secondary Education replacing Arvind Agrawal.
Arunkumar Solanki, PS, Animal Husbandry, Cow Breeding, Fisheries and Cooperation who also holds additional charge of the post of PS, Agriculture and Cooperation department has been transferred to full-fledged PS of Agriculture and Cooperation department. ArunKumar Solanki will hold additional charge of PS Animal Husbandry, Cow Breeding, Fisheries and Cooperation.
Settlement Commissioner and Director of Land Records, Manoj Aggarwal is transferred as MD, Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation(GMDC) relieving BB Swain of the additional charge of that post. Manoj Aggarwal will hold the additional charge of the post of Settlement Commissioner and Director of Land Records until further orders.
