As many as 10 IIS officers have been empanelled for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent in the Govt of India. The officers are: Rajesh Malhotra, M. V. Desai and S. Venkateswar of 1989 batch; Dhirendra Ojha, Sheyapalli B. Sharan and T. V. K. Reddy of 1990 batch; Neeta Prasad, Pragya Paliwal Gaur, Priya Kumar and Nidhi Pandey of 1991 batch.
